Officially organized on November 15, 1868, just north of the current village, the First Christian Reformed Church of Oostburg soon moved to the center of town. We began using our current building in 1958, adding classrooms and room for fellowship in 1984. As of August 2000 we have a total of 525 members, including people of all age groups.

Throughout our history we have expressed a distinct commitment to Christian education, from elementary school through institutions of higher learning. We believe that consistent Christian education in the church, home and school best equips children and young people to have an impact for Christ in a secular world.
